The most reliable results you get when you tell your child that The most reliable results you get when you tell your son or daughter that this is not is a test in the traditional sense, that there are no ’right‘ or ‘wrong’ answers and no ‘failing’.

Resist the temptation to be present when the student completes the online questionnaire, or wanting to influence the responses out of parental care. Otherwise the result could be distorted because even young adults tend to give answers under supervision to please their parents.

Have confidence – even students with learning problems and/or concentration difficulties have a gut feeling for HOW they learn best – although sometimes it doesn’t look like that!!

What does the Learning Style Analysis offer me?

LSA reveals ... individual personal learning style combinations of your almost adult child..

LSA shows ... how the learning environment should be redesigned in order to achieve better academic results.

LSA provides ... guidelines to help concentrate better and pass excams successfully.

Finally the LSA profile also tells you how similar - or completely different to your own learning style the natural learning style needs of our almost youngster are.

If you have several children at home, all school-aged siblings should do an LS Analysis so that you can give give appropriate individual support. A comparison of profiles will show how different the natural learning needs of your children generally are.

So do not expect that:

  • your children have the same learning style like you,
  • neither children nor teenagers - and certainly not young adults - will use learning strategies willingly and obediently that YOU suggest with best of intentions; because only children who have a similar learning style like you, follow your advice;
  • all siblings can learn successfully in the same manner because they all have individually different learning needs.

Trust your children, no matter how old they are  - they know best how they want to learn.

Allow them to learn in their own way according to the recommendations in the LSA Profile...
